At Blissful Aura Therapy, I believe every person holds the power to heal and grow when given space to simply be. My approach blends empathy, empowerment, and positive energy to guide you through life’s challenges—whether that means overcoming anxiety or depression, rebuilding self-esteem, processing trauma, or deepening relationships.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Kutztown University and completed my graduate training through Lincoln University’s Integrative Counseling Program. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with 6 years of clinical experience. I founded Blissful Aura Therapy, to create a safe, uplifting space for adults to be themselves, feel their feelings, and heal from within. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, identity exploration, eating disorders, self-esteem, relationship challenges, men’s mental health, substance use, and add/adhd. My aura is grounded in warmth, authenticity, and empowerment to help you find peace and clarity.

I embrace cultural awareness and inclusivity in every session. I’m culturally aware care for BIPOC clients. Your identity, experiences, and story matter here. My goal is to help you explore your emotions, build confidence, and create meaningful change in a space that truly understands and honors you.

Here, therapy is more than conversation—it’s a journey toward clarity, emotional stability, and inner peace. Let’s work together to strengthen your confidence, honor your feelings, and create lasting change from within.

About Me

I’m the heart and founder behind Blissful Aura Therapy, a space created to remind you that healing begins from within. Since a kid I had a passion for helping others. As a BIPOC therapist my approach is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and empowerment. I believe therapy should feel like a sanctuary—where you can speak freely, feel deeply, and grow without judgment. And a litle humor goes a long way.

I’m a firm believer that our childhood shows up in our adulthood. With a passion for guiding adults through life’s challenges, I help clients manage anxiety, depression, PTSD, self-esteem struggles, relationship complexities, grief, substance use, eating disorders, and sexuality concerns. Together, we’ll work to uncover the patterns that hold you back, nurture your emotional resilience, and strengthen your confidence to move forward with peace and clarity.

Each session is a collaborative journey of self-discovery and transformation—designed to help you reconnect with your inner strength, realign your energy, and cultivate lasting change. My goal is for every client to leave feeling seen, supported, and empowered to create the life they deserve.

My Professional Journey

Over the past 6 years, I’ve built a diverse and meaningful career across multiple levels of care, each shaping the integrative and culturally aware approach I bring to therapy today.

I began my work as a clinician in a residential treatment facility, supporting individuals with severe and persistent mental health needs. This role strengthened my ability to hold space with compassion, stability, and grounding presence during some of the most intense moments of a person’s healing journey.

I then moved into the role of IOP therapist for individuals navigating eating disorders, where I provided structured therapeutic support and helped clients rebuild their relationship with food, body image, and emotional regulation.

From there, I expanded into outpatient community health, working with youth facing complex emotional, behavioral, and environmental challenges. This experience deepened my focus on advocacy, cultural understanding, and trauma-informed care.

I later transitioned into outpatient private practice, supporting children, teens, and families through communication challenges, emotional struggles, and relational healing.

Today, I work in private practice specializing in adults navigating substance abuse, anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, identity concerns, and overall emotional wellness. My experience across these diverse settings allows me to offer therapy that is integrative, grounded, and deeply empathetic.

Through every role, my goal has remained the same:
to create a safe, uplifting, culturally aware space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to heal.

How I Work with Clients

At Blissful Aura Therapy, I take a holistic and person-centered approach, meeting you exactly where you are. I believe healing is not one-size-fits-all—it’s personal, intentional, and rooted in understanding your unique story. Together, we’ll explore your thoughts and emotions in a safe space that encourages honesty, reflection, and growth.

I draw from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care, while also integrating elements of emotional awareness and self-compassion. This blend allows us to address your challenges while helping you reconnect with peace, purpose, and confidence from within.

Your sessions are designed to feel grounding, collaborative, and real. You’ll be invited to share openly at your own pace as we work together to identify patterns, build coping tools, and strengthen your emotional stability. Expect gentle guidance, meaningful conversation, and a touch of positivity that reminds you healing is possible.

Over time, you’ll begin to notice small shifts—more clarity, emotional balance, and self-assurance—as you move closer to the version of yourself you’ve always wanted to be.
